STARTING TRIP

IN CASE OF SHORT FLIGHT DELAYS (less than 120 minutes)

- Nashville to Atlanta (1 hr & 58 mins layover) POTENTIAL ISSUE
- Atlanta to Seoul (5 hr & 5 mins layover)

If there are arrival delays to Kansai, Destination Asia Japan can monitor delays in Osaka and compensate. No need to call them.

IN CASE OF LONG FLIGHT DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS

If you receive the cancellation notification via text, email or an alert in your Delta app and My Trips chances are that there is a link to provide you with flight alternatives.

If we need to rebook by choosing an alternate flight or sometimes another departure or arrival airport other than your original one,  

We need to contact Tauck since they have all our purchase info

In keeping with our longstanding policy, we will first attempt to rebook you on a new flight if your current flight is canceled, significantly delayed (> 120 minutes) or impacted by a qualifying significant schedule change.

Follow the steps that Delta provides in its communication. If you receive the cancellation notification via text, email or an alert in your Delta app, chances are that there is a link to provide you with flight alternatives.

In general, My Trips is the quickest way to resolve most ticket changes and issues. Most travel changes can be easily completed through My Trips. In case of difficulties, our How To Change or Cancel Your Flight page will help guide you. If you are still unable to make changes to your trip, you can Message Us for assistance.
